Crispy Kale on Seasoned Rice
Crispy Kale
INGREDIENTS
- 4 big leaves of kale 
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic 
- 1 tsp dried chives 
- 1 tsp dill 
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
METHOD
- preheat oven to 350 
- tear kale leaves into bite sized pieces, dispose of stems (compost) 
- in mixing bowl, wash kale & dry thoroughly 
- add all ingredients & mix 
- transfer to baking tray lined with parchment or silicone mat 
- bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy & no longer humid 
Rice Seasoning
INGREDIENTS
- 3 sheets of nori (blended into powder) 
- 1.5 tbsp dried chives 
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic 
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 
- 1 tbsp paprika 
- 1 tbsp dill 
- 8 dried curry leaves crushed (optional) 
- 1 tsp salt 
METHOD
- mix ingredients together, use on rice
