Macadamia Creamer
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup macadamia nuts 
- 3 cups water 
- 1/8 tsp salt 
- 2 tsp sugar 
METHOD
- soak macadamia nuts in hot water for 30 minutes 
- drain water, add 3 cups fresh water 
- in blender, combine all ingredients & blend until smooth (for 1 minute) 
- sift through a cheese cloth/nut milk bag 
- store in air tight container in fridge
