Macadamia Creamer

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts

  • 3 cups water

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp sugar

METHOD

  • soak macadamia nuts in hot water for 30 minutes

  • drain water, add 3 cups fresh water

  • in blender, combine all ingredients & blend until smooth (for 1 minute)

  • sift through a cheese cloth/nut milk bag

  • store in air tight container in fridge
