Grilled Pineapple Pico

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup pineapple

  • 2 roma tomatoes

  • 1 red onion, chopped finely

  • 1 jalapeño

  • juice of 2 calamansi or 1 lime

  • 1/2 tsp salt

METHOD

  • grill the pineapple until charred, chop finely

  • deseed the jalapeño and chop finely

  • core the tomatoes, chop finely

  • mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
